Billing questions
What does the free plan include?
One search a day with no account. A free account gets two a day, 3 credits to try Deep Search, and keeps your shortlist, history and brand kits.
What counts as one search?
One description you submit. It returns a batch of names, checks each against the registries and brands every open domain. Deep Search costs 3, checks all eight extensions and keeps going until it has nine strong open domains on the extensions you picked: a .com counts in full, .ai and .io half, weaker extensions less. Reopening a past search is free.
Do credits expire?
No. Pack credits and the signup grant stay until you use them. The daily allowance resets every day and Pro resets monthly; those do not carry over.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes, from the billing link on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your credits, shortlist and history stay with the account.
What happens when I run out of searches?
The daily or monthly allowance is spent first, then credits. When both are gone you can wait for the reset, buy a pack, or go Pro. Your shortlist, history and brand kits stay available regardless.
